TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of Pinnacle Golf Institute's website and coaching services. By enrolling in any program, you accept these Terms.

1. SERVICES

Pinnacle Golf Institute provides individual and group golf coaching, performance assessments, junior development programs, and related instruction services by PGA-certified professionals.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

2.1 Confirmations

Bookings are confirmed upon payment receipt. Assessment packages must be used within 12 months.

2.2 Pricing

All prices in USD. Published prices are honored for 30 days from first inquiry.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• 48+ hours: Full refund or free reschedule
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund or one reschedule
• Under 24 hours: No refund, no reschedule
• Weather cancellation: Full credit, no charge

4. HEALTH AND LIABILITY

Golf involves physical activity and inherent risk. By participating, you confirm adequate physical fitness. Pinnacle Golf Institute is not liable for injury unless caused by direct instructor negligence. All minors require a signed parental consent form.

5. DATA AND EQUIPMENT

Trackman data collected during sessions is the property of Pinnacle Golf Institute and used only for coaching purposes. Participants are responsible for their own equipment.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, methodologies, and materials are proprietary to Pinnacle Golf Institute. No reproduction without written consent.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes are subject to courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
